Woo-hoo!  Months ago I blogged about the coming of age of the Electric Vehicle (EV), and tonight I get to test-drive the Nissan LEAF at the International Auto Show 2010 in San Francisco. You can see in my face that I’m so Jazzed! I signed up two weeks ago then received my email confirmation last week. I personally drive a fossil-fueled, low gas mileage yet high performance car so I’m quite interested in the response, speed (up to 90 mph), comfort, charge range, and most importantly, the charging stations infrastructure for this baby.  Speaking of which [baby], my 6 feet-6 inch teenage son is home for the holidays and he graciously accepted my offer to ride as my passenger, so it will be quite interesting to see how comfortably he feels and fits in the car.
