Part of my job title at KGO Radio is Producer. Producing radio can be a SWEET experience—Literally! Today, Joel Ridell and myself co-produced Gene Burns’s Holiday Cookie Exchange radio show. BTW, Joel is the executive producer of Dining Around With Gene Burns, a popular show KGO Radio broadcasts 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. For 3 hours we produced the finals of this annual event where prior to today, listeners emailed or mailed to the station their holiday cookie recipes. November 19 was the cutoff date.
